By placing an order at Mesari Production, you agree to provide accurate personal and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.
Shipping Policy
Delivery
All products are shipped from our warehouse in Bali. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by third-party couriers and may vary based on your location and logistics demand.
Liability
Mesari Production is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Return Claims
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of claim within 48 hours of receiving the package. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
